      This is for the sole purpose of raising the awareness of the issue of railway thefts. And therefore will be reducing the value of the items stolen. And in turn reducing the amount of thefts.

      All heritage organisations are urged to report to this site immediately details of any theft of railwayana, relics and equipment. This will help prevent resale for scrap due to the wide media coverage given here.
