    Please see the attached image.
    In the box that says "User Name" click on this and type in your own username.
    And then to the box on the right hand side add your password.
    The user name should be plain text and the password should be hidden (Hashed Out)

      Problem I had to start with is not realising that user name required in first box (that has user 'user name' I think it is) and password in the empty box. Obvious when you do it right!

      Just tried it and it worked for me. Obvious when you know how - but not perhaps very intuitive.
